PUBLIC INVITED TO CKL BUDGET DELIBERATIONS

The 2020 Budget process is well underway for the City of Kawartha Lakes. Background presentations from staff, agencies and boards have been made to Council and are available on the Budget and Finance page of our website. Download a copy of the Proposed 2020 Budget at www.kawarthalakes.ca/budget.

A special council meeting regarding the 2020 budget will be held in Fenelon Falls on November 13 at 7pm at the Fenelon Falls Community Centre. The meeting will start with a presentation that provides an overview of the budget. Following the presentation, there will be an opportunity for members of the public to comment on the budget.

Members of the public are also invited to attend and comment at the following meetings:

• Capital Budget Deliberations/Approval
 - November 26, 2019 at 9am, and November 27, 2019 at 1pm, if needed

• Operating Budget Deliberations/Approval
 - December 3, 2019 at 1pm, and December 5, 2019 at 9am, if needed

Both of the above meetings will be held in Council Chambers, City Hall, 26 Francis Street, Lindsay.
