GLOBUS MAKES ANNOUNCEMENTS

Globus Theatre in Bobcaygeon made two big moves recently. They announced their 2020 Summer Season lineup as well as a new initiative, Globus Theatre's School of Dramatic Art (SODA).

The 2020 Summer Season features six professional shows that has something for everyone. The season kicks off June 23 with Boy Falls From the Sky: Jake Epstein Live by Jake Epstein. Jake is a well-known actor with television and Broadway credits.

On June 30, Leisa Way and the Wayward Wind Band return to Bobcaygeon with Rock 'n Roll Is Here to Stay!

Bonnie Green is an associate producer at the Stratford Festival. She brings her new, heart-warming comedy, Meet My Sister to the Globus stage on July 15.

A new murder mystery will be presented on July 29. Murder on Main Street includes canapes, a delicious buffet and clue pop-ups all over Bobcaygeon.

Following on the heels of Three Men in a Boat, the boys return with the hit Fringe sequel, Three Men on a Bike by Jerome K. Jerome.

The final show os the 2020 summer season is Norm Foster's The Ladies Foursome, the female version of The Foursome.

Globus Theatre also launched their new School of Dramatic Art. This new initiative will offer weekly drama classes to children and youth in Kawartha Lakes as well as a summer performance camp right in Bobcaygeon. The groups new location at 90 Bolton Street in Bobcaygeon will be the home of SODA and will remain a box office as well as a studio for classes and rehearsals. Registration for SODA begins Monday, November 18.
